Do you meet the criteria and would you like to be included in the SER Topvrouwen database? After a short screening on the basis of the eligibility criteria listed below, you will be invited to create a profile and upload your CV. By creating and submitting your profile, you are agreeing to the privacy statement. After your profile has been reviewed and approved, you can then manage your profile in the SER Topvrouwen database yourself.

Keep your profile up to date

Having access to the database gives you the opportunity to present yourself to top-level management and supervisory bodies and executive search agencies. The more complete your profile is in our database, the greater the chance of finding a good match during the search process of companies, institutions and executive search agencies. Therefore, please update your profile regularly. This increases your chances of being appointed.

1. Do you have several years of experience in executive and senior management positions in an environment comparable to the stature of organisations that are subject to the law for gradual entry quota and target figures?

You can specify on the registration form which positions you have worked in: executive, non-executive or senior management

On the registration form, you can indicate the sector in which you are active, plus a number of characteristics of the organisation, such as a possible stock exchange listing, annual turnover and number of employees.

On the registration form you can fill in what experience you have had with mergers and acquisitions, appointment recommendations, research financing, reorganisations, IPOs, etc.

Do you have any experience in an executive or supervisory position in an environment comparable to the stature of organisations that are subject to the law for gradual entry quota and target figures and/or do you have at your disposal an endorsement from an executive or supervisory board member?

You can fill in which executive and/or supervisory positions you have held or add an endorsement on the registration form.

¹If you have not yet held an executive or supervisory position, you will need an endorsement in order to be included in the database. The term endorsement is understood to mean: a concise recommendation, including motivation, why you should be included in the SER Topvrouwen database. The endorsement must be written by an executive or supervisory board member of a company that is subject to the law for gradual entry quota and target figures or a (semi) governmental body of a similar stature.

If you do not meet all the above criteria, but you believe that you would bring added value to a position on a board of directors, board of commissioners or supervisory board, then there is a separate registration procedure for this.
